The JOK Hogmanay trip for 2008/2009 will be at the Airdeny chalets near Taynuilt in the South West Highlands. Taynuilt is on the road to Oban near to Ben Cruachan. This is a relatively good location for southerners because you just need to go up to Loch Lomond, round a couple of corners and you're there. Needless to say there's plenty of munros, and I think Glencoe is a feasible distance away. Contact Philip Morant for more details. | ||
